The woman that answers the phone is not honest. She is very rude. She also doesn’t always have the best information. Not that it matters to a Mercedes Dealership but I had to take 3500 dollars worth of services else where. I’m sure that’s small money to them but it’s still money they stepped over. It’s also not a very nice way to treat Mercedes customers or veterans. My grandfather was a long time Mercedes customer and I plan to own them exclusively. I certainly hope I can expect premium service and respect from a premium brand a not being talked down to and treated like human garbage.
